Ernest Gyau is the Chief Executive Officer of Atwima Rural Bank, with over sixteen (16) years of experience in banking and financial services. A Chartered Accountant (ICAG), he holds an MBA in Finance (KNUST), a Bachelor of Commerce (UCC), and an HND in Accountancy (Sunyani Polytechnic), along with other certifications. His expertise covers corporate finance, auditing, credit, risk management, and banking operations. Before his appointment as CEO in August 2025, he held senior management roles focused on efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. As CEO, he is committed to innovation, strong governance, and expanding financial inclusion for sustainable growth.

Mr. Arhin joined the bank in 2017 as an Assistant Internal Auditor and has since served in other capacities including the Head of Central Accounts. He graduated from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) with BSc Banking and Finance (First Class Honors). He is a Chartered Banker with specialization in Corporate Governance and Risk Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

Proficient in Internal Auditing and Using T24. Proficient in Tally, Quick Books,Sage and ERP. Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAGH) and Ghana Accounting Technician. Currently, Enoch Antwi is serving as the Internal Auditor of Atwima Community Bank PLC.
