Emmanuel Owusu

Head, Microfinance UNIT

Emmanuel Owusu serves as the Microfinance Coordinator at Atwima Community Bank PLC, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in field operations, credit management, and client relationship building within the banking sector. Emmanuel began his banking career with BEIGE Bank/CBG as a Field Teller (2016–2018). He joined Atwima Community Bank PLC in February 2023 as a Microfinance Officer and concurrently served as Acting Credit Officer from February 2024 through October 2025. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Accra Technical University and a Professionalism and Excellence in Banking Certificate. Emmanuel is dedicated to delivering results and advancing financial inclusion for the bank's microfinance clients.

PATRICK OFORI AMANKWAH

HEAD, RECOVERY UNIT

A product of Kumasi High School and University of Education, Winneba. He holds Bachelor of Science; Accounting Option. He has been with Atwima Community Bank PLC since 2001. His hard work paved way for through the ranks which earned him position of Branch Manager in 2012.

Godfred Ntiamoah is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in marketing and credit management. He previously served as the Marketing Manager and later as the Deputy Credit Manager at Atwima Community Bank PLC. Currently, he leads the Foase Branch as the Branch Manager, where he is committed to driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. With a passion for financial services and community development, Godfred continues to play a key role in the bank’s success.

Hagar holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computerized Accounting from the Kumasi Technical University. She has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Her hardwork and dedication have moved her from Administrative Secretary to be the Head of CAGD in Atwima Rural Bank PLC.

Bernice Antwi is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in customer service, loan management, and branch operations. Her career spans roles as Teller, Customer Service Officer, and Loans Officer, reflecting her versatility and dedication to excellence. She previously worked as a Loans Officer at Adehyeman Savings and Loans and began her career as a Health Insurance Officer during her national service at Suntreso Government Hospital. Academically, she holds an HND in Accounting from Sunyani Technical University, a BBA in Banking and Finance from KNUST, and is pursuing the Professional Program with the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Currently, she serves as a Branch Manager at Patasi Branch.

Emmanuel Akwasi Osei holds a Professional Diploma in Computerized Accounting from Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast. He is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in branch operations, microfinance, and customer service. Emmanuel joined Atwima Community Bank PLC in July 2017 as a Susu Monitor and has served in various roles, including Microfinance Officer, Clerk, Operations Officer, and Branch Manager. He is committed to operational excellence, business growth, and delivering quality financial services to customers and the communities the Bank serves.

FRANK ADOMAKO

KWADASO BRANCH MANAGER

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and has over 13 years of banking experience. Before joining Atwima Community Bank PLC in September 2022 as a Credit Officer at the Kwadaso Branch, he worked with Abis Microfinance, Star Microfinance, and Multi Credit Savings & Loans, rising to the position of Branch Manager. He was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager of the Allabar Branch, later transferred to the Patasi Branch to continue as Branch Manager, and currently serves as the Branch Manager of the Kwadaso Branch.

Prince Afriyie is a dedicated banking professional with a decade of experience at Atwima Community Bank PLC. He began his career as a Mobile Banker in 2015 and steadily rose through the ranks, serving as a Susu Monitor, Credit Officer, and Operations Officer before assuming his current role as Branch Manager in 2024. Prince holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Christ Apostolic University. His strong financial acumen and leadership skills drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at the branch.
