Emmanuel Serbeh is a customer service oriented person with over 10 years experience in Rural Banking. He joined Atwima Rural Bank Plc in August, 2020 as a Credit Officer after 8 years of Credit Administration with Sekyedumase Rural Bank Ltd. He has worked as direct sales executive for Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd and Ghana Financial Services Ltd. He holds BSc. Agricultural Engineering from KNUST. He currently holds the position of Microfinance Coordinator in Atwima Rural Bank Plc.

GABRIEL OWUSU

HEAD, RECOVERY UNIT

A product of Prempeh College with over six years Banking experience. With hard work and dedication, he was appointed as Head of Recovery of Atwima Rural bank in 2024.

James is a Customer Service oriented person with over 5 years of experience in Rural Banking. He holds a Bachelor's Degree (Accounting Option) from the University of Education, Winneba. His dedication and hard work promoted him from Marketing Officer to Head of Digital and Innovation Unit.

Hagar holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computerized Accounting from the Kumasi Technical University. She has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Her hardwork and dedication have moved her from Administrative Secretary to be the Head of CAGD in Atwima Rural Bank PLC.

FOASE BRANCH MANAGER

Godfred Ntiamoah is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in marketing and credit management. He previously served as the Marketing Manager and later as the Deputy Credit Manager at Atwima Rural Bank PLC. Currently, he leads the Foase Branch as the Branch Manager, where he is committed to driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. With a passion for financial services and community development, Godfred continues to play a key role in the bank’s success.

PATRICK OFORI AMANKWAH

A product of Kumasi High School and University of Education, Winneba. He holds Bachelor of Science; Accounting Option. He has been with Atwima Rural Bank since 2001. His hard work paved way for through the ranks which earned him position of Branch Manager in 2012.

Was appointed Clerk in December 1992. She is very dedicated, organized and methodical in executing her duties. She is now the Branch Manager for the Daban Branch. She holds HND in Costing from Institute Of Management Studies (IMS).

FRANK ADOMAKO

ALLABAR BRANCH MANAGER

BSc. Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has over 13years Banking experience from Abis Microfinance, Star Microfinance and Multi Credit Savings & Loans where he rose to the level of a Branch Manager. His aspiration towards attaining a higher level of professional competence led him to Join Atwima Rural Bank Plc. in September, 2022 as a credit officer for Kwadaso Branch. He is currently the Branch Manager of Allabar Branch.

PRINCE AFRIYIE

MPASATIA BRANCH MANAGER

Prince Afriyie is a dedicated banking professional with a decade of experience at Atwima Rural Bank PLC. He began his career as a Mobile Banker in 2015 and steadily rose through the ranks, serving as a Susu Monitor, Credit Officer, and Operations Officer before assuming his current role as Branch Manager in 2024. Prince holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Christ Apostolic University. His strong financial acumen and leadership skills drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction at the branch.
