He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) with other competencies and practical experiences in Cyber Security.

FREDERICK ARHIN BUKURO
ACTING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Arhin joined the bank in 2017 as an Assistant Internal Auditor and has since served in other capacities including the Head of Central Accounts. He graduated from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) with BSc Banking and Finance (First Class Honors). He is a Chartered Banker with specialization in Corporate Governance and Risk Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from KNUST with over six years Banking experience. With hard work and dedication, he was appointed as Acting Head of Credit of Atwima Rural bank in 2024 and currently the Acting Head of Credit.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Catholic University College of Ghana and Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting Option) with over 10 years banking experience. With hard work and dedication, he was appointed as the Marketing Manager of Atwima Rural Bank in the year 2023.
